In the year 2002, Sabari Group, headed by its dynamic Chairman & Managing Director ventured into Hospitality Industry.

The Company Sabari Inn Private Limited Opened its Maiden Hotel Quality Inn Sabari, a 4-Star Deluxe category Hotel on Thirumalai Pillai Road, T Nagar, which is in the heart of Central Business District. This Hotel 72 rooms with state-of-the-art facilities.
After the successful launching of this Hotel, in September, 2007, another Hotel named Quality Hotel Sabari Classic went into operation on Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), the IT Highway to cash in on the Hi-Tech boom. This is also a 4-star Deluxe Hotel with 84 Rooms, modern amenities.
In February 2009, the Company expanded its Horizon by entering Kodaikanal with a 3-Star Deluxe category Hotel Quality Inn Sabari Resorts. This hotel has 34 rooms, 2 Banquet halls and a Restaurant.

In the meantime, the Group acquired Nilgiri’s Nest Group of Hotels in December 2008, which had been operating budget hotels in Chennai, Coimbatore and Bangalore.
In addition to this 2 Four Star Hotels, one each in Coimbatore and Bangalore are under construction. Two more similar hotels in Pune and Madurai are at the planning stage.
A 100,000 sqft Convention Center is under planning stage adjacent to the new hotel coming in Coimbatore. Sabari are also in the retail industry as well as having 3 premium supermarkets with in the city of Chennai.
    Property Development
In the year 2007, the Sabari Group had launched 4 residential projects in Sholinganallur, the centre of the IT Hub.

All the apartments were sold within 3 days of the launch. Now, all the projects are nearing completion.
